about

As Hope's 3rd album release, "Handle Bars" serves as an outstanding showcasing of Lyricism and use of Cadence; combined with Hope's unique style of story telling "Handle Bars" treats us to a musical tour of Hope's own experience as a young indigenous man living on Canada's west coast.

The Album's title was created by Hope himself and is a double entendre with its first and most obvious meaning being a reference to the historical moustache "Handle Bars" and secondly as a reference to his own ability to "Handle Bars" (Bars being an urban musical term that refers to a well written verse). The Album was celebrated with an Album Release Party and Fundraiser on Vancouver's Granville Island November 29, 2016, 100% of door sales were donated to the Movember Foundation.

"Handle Bars" boasts a notable lineup of featured Lyricists such as Neph (Alpha Omega, Baxwar) and Doobie (Status Krew), Producers such as Paranoyd Productions and Rob the Viking (Swollen Members) as well as reputable New Zealand DJ: DJ Ned Roy.

The Album features an abundance of artwork courtesy of Rudegang Entertainment (Greater Vancouver Area, B.C.).
